Does size really matter?

RulerDon't be silly.  Of course it does.

We're talking size of land, of course.  So how much land would be enough?  one acre?  five?  ten?  Choices, choices. And then there was the pesky little problem of actually affording this land.  Prices in Marrakesh are skyrocketing.  How was it that so many others got this bright idea of moving to Marrakesh at the same time that we did?  No fair.

So let's see, how much land would we actually afford?  Land in the area that we had selected was going for as much as $50,000 an acre.  But maybe we could get a deal.  We decided we would really like to have at least three acres, well perhaps four acres.  Yes, yes, at least four acres.  Did someone say five acres?  I will take your acre and raise it an acre....

Land greed.  I think that this must have been the way the American pioneers felt during the days of the Wild West.  It was clear that we were in great danger.  From ourselves...
