What do you think of this? Don't they look just amazing (except for that first pic - he looks like he just escaped from a loony bin and got his hands on some dangerous weaponry). Surely, you can't tell me that this clothing doesn't look comfortable.
And in case you were asking yourself, is this actually what Moroccan men walk around dressed like? The answer is no. Deep sigh. I surely wish they did. Life would be just so much more colorful. This is very much special occasion wear and frankly, even though I am very fond of men in pink (like that upper middle pic), you certainly don't see too much of that around here (ever?). I'm waiting to meet a man who is so comfortable with his own masculinity, that he is not threatened by wearing pink. (Dear reader, do you happen to be one of those men? Or perhaps married to one?)
So what do you see Moroccan men walking around in then? Traditional dress is the djellaba -- a kind of hooded robe, that falls to the floor or to around your knees, depending where in Morocco you might find yourself. But you also see an awful lot of men in suits, or jeans and tshirts. A little something for everyone.
PS And as for presenting you with the men of Morocco, I must confess, that these men don't look too terribly Moroccan. Where did they find that blond fellow on the top anyway? He's undeniably handsome but couldn't they have rounded up some Moroccan models?
