Marrakech forecast: mostly sunny

Your messages and emails poured in.  So much kindness, so much support from near and from far.  I actually wept over the abundance of it all and the way that the universe had gathered around me and lifted me up, when I needed it most.  Thank you.  I feel so much better now.  So much braver, so much stronger.

So the dream carries on.  The checks are written and cashed.  The negotiations are broached and agreed to.  The workers paint, plant and plaster.  Peacock Pavilions is there before me, at the edge of my fingertips.  Not a figment of my imagination but proof that dreams are worthy and can come true.....if you believe in them enough.

I take a deep breath, and then another and another.  Then I watch my dancing girl sideways.  I remind myself that if on this journey, I get dizzy and fall, I have only to pick myself up, dust myself off and twirl again....

Your blog dances through my life like a birthday dancer.

One day I will see Peacock Pavilions - a monument to the whimsical power of dreams.

:c)

what a happyness!!

Maryam~
You are telling us something we already know-that you are strong and brave~! I am so glad this is working out for you. You are an inspiration to me for my own business...I was beginning to feel sorry for myself for similar things, mounting debts, incomplete renovations. Your project is so much bigger than mine, I had to stand a little straighter and smarten up. Thanks for the little wake up slap.
And yes, we still vacation-so I am glad I can keep your place at the top of my list. After all, someone needs to tell me where to shop when I get to Marrakesh!
xoxo

You are awesome!

Glad to hear things are looking sunnier! Can't wait to see the finished product!

Hello Maryam,
Husband was asjing kids do you want to visit Morocco again? If we do, we will without a doubt have a stay with you guys!
Mwah

Your Peacock is turning out to be a Phoenix, Maryam.
Karen and I truly loved our few days in MK last week.
I can understand why it is something worth hanging on to.

I'm glad you're feeling better. And I look forward to wonderful images of the Peacock Pavilions.......

Everytime you get closer you will know that your determination, your will and your work has made this dream come true.

I can't wait to come visit you in your dream. I am so proud of you.

I've been away..... and missed so much.

I'm glad I am catching you on a sunny day. Without the dreary ones though, the sunny ones would not be quite as bright.

Dance away.

Your post brought tears to my eyes. Yes, the universe is holding you and your dreams...thank-you for bringing so much light into my life.

Hugs!

Oh the stress, I understand. You are progressing in the only way you can, but hang in there, you will be glad you made the decision to carry on in the end.

I am so glad you are cheerier and sunnier! This will all be worth it when you see what your heart, effort, soul, tears and worry produce... it will be wondorous.

Excellent :-)

Maryam I have tagged you on my blog for some questions!!!

Your smiles & the twirls reached me in a grey & dark, but sweet, swedish evening.. I'll go make some hot chocolate & curl up here in the sofa again; & keep reading; following Your story backwards;
cause it seems a truly beautiful thing.. All my Best to You.. / Hannah

p.s ..don't know why it says 'aminah' on my comment - that's not me.. hmm.. *smiles* d.s

The forecast sounds good over there in Marrakesh. I hope it remains sunny [and the gorgeous girl continues to dance and twirl]...

yay!

You are an inspiration.

I knew that things would work out for you. You just have to believe that if you have good intentions(sometimes even bad ones) then things will work out for the good. Just believe. I do have a question about some of the videos attached to the little girl dancing. I hope that you didnt add those too????

dance on, missy...

when all else fails,
dance on!

:-)

i have visions of little ice cream bowls
and pointy slippers
and a peacock pillow.

i see it all now.
you son on the roof
looking around
now
and in the future...

:-)

i am having marrakech dreams
and it must be *THERE*
by your pool
so
get up
and dance some more...

if i go ahead a send my deposit
for 2010?

we built our house in brazil and finally we are enjoying it. there is so much up and down....then the final result...wonderful...
your little dancer is lovely.

There you go!

Looking forward to the progress reports...

Way to go! I have always wanted to go to Marrakesh, maybe I will be visiting the peacock pavillion one day! :-)

Maryam, I just read your last post.
You will get through for sure..you are good people with good karma and all good things come to those who wait.
